On March 5, 2014 a delegation of officials of the Benchen Monastery administration had an audience with H.H. Karmapa in Benares for the purpose of informing His Holiness that both of Kyabje Tenga Rinpoche's relic stupas, the one in the Tara shrine room of the Benchen Monastery in Kathmandu and the other in Parphing in the Benchen retreat area, are completed.

The delegation showed His Holiness pictures of both stupas and the statue of Kyabje Tenga Rinpoche and His Holiness was very pleased because the stupas have been very nicely built. On this occasion the Benchen administration requested His Holiness to bless the stupas from afar during the same day and time of the consecration ceremony in Nepal.
The delegation consisted of Chagdzö Tempa Yarphel, Chagdzö Tashi Özer, Drungche Sherab Wangchuk, Dorje Lopön Tsültrim Rapten, Khenpo Tsewang Gyamtsho, Umdze Sönam Wangkag, and Chöpön Jigme Namgyal.
