The Spring Course concludes on the morning of March 12th with a Milarepa Tsog offering.  There will be a short pilgrimage to Pharping in the afternoon.  Among the sacred places visited will be the very holy cave of Guru Rinpoche, known as the Asura Cave. Nearby is a very special temple of the self-arisen Tara and the Vajrayogini Temple.  It was at this temple that Marpa Lotsawa, the great translator, stayed for some time to acclimatise himself before journeying on to India and it was the residence of the "Phamting brothers", eminent Nepalese disciples of the Mahasiddha and Pandita Naropa.
Students will also be visiting the Benchen Retreat Centre and the Benchen Shedra, which are both situated in the immediate neighborhood of these sacred places.
