From Benchen Monastery, November 17, 2017
Starting from 21th November, 2017, Benchen Monaystery (near Swayambhu Stupa) will be perfoming the two week-long ritual practice of "Lama Sangdu", the important treasur teaching of Guru Chöwang. This will be followed by two days of Cham or Vajra Dance, which will be staged on the afternoon of 27th November (opening dance in elaborate robes) and on 28th November (actual dance in full mask and ornate costume).
