The Benchen Monastery Community is under the spiritual guidance of both His Eminence Sangye Nyenpa Rinpoche and Very Venerable Tenga Rinpoche. It provides information about the Dharma centers in the East and West which are connected to the Rinpoches. And it provides information about various social welfare projects especially targeted at poor and needed people living in the East.

 The Vajrakila Drubchen 2008 will take place from Nov. 27. until Dec. 06 in Benchen Phuntsok Dargyeling Monastery, Kathmandu.
It is a 10 day intense Vajrakila practice. On Dec. 07 there will be the lama dances.

 The spring course 2009 in Benchen Phuntsok Dargyeling Monastery, Kathmandu will be from March 15 until March 21, 2009.
The subject taught is not decided, yet. However it is most likely that Tenga Rinpoche will continue to teach out of Atisha’s text "The 100 short instructions of Atisha". |
 Summer Course 2009 will take place from August 1, 2009 until August 16, 2009.
Three days Tara Retreat will take place from July 28, 2009 until July 30, 2009.
Three days Gönkar Retreat will take place from August 17, 2009 until August 19, 2009.
