For several years it has been custom in Benchen Phuntsok Ling to perform the practice of the Thousand Armed Chenresig at the beginning of October.

This year year four cycles of Nyung Neh will be performed.

Lama Yönten Palsang and Lama Ngawang Tsultrim will guide through the Fasting Ritual.

 

 

It is also possible to participate for only one, two or three Nyung Neh. But you should arrive already Friday, September 27 in the evening.
