Due to the quite rough climate in this part of Belgium there is always the danger that the coming winter might cause severe damage to some of the buildings.

Therefore during the summer course 2011 Benchen Phuntsok Ling expressed the need for financial support to finish some important work before the winter would start. Many people responded to this announcement and contributed a bigger or smaller amount of money.

The weather conditions were very good during the last weeks and a lot of outdoor work could be finished.

Parts of the main building and three sides of the Sangha House received the necessary insulation. Part of the plasterwork is already finished.
