BENCHEN SHEDRA IN PHARPING
It was a great wish of both of our Rinpoches to establish a shedra somewhere near Benchen Monastery, and this has come about through the blessings of and full support from H.E. Sangye Nyenpa Rinpoche. The Benchen Shedra is being constructed near the Clear Light Meditation Center in Pharping. Work is going very well. The external construction is complete and some carving and plastering work is going on inside the main shrine hall. Many of our monks are looking forward to joining the shedra, and this is a wonderful indication of their sincere desire to study.
