For the spring course, Ven. Tenga Rinpoche gave teachings on Mahamudra taken from the hundreds of short instructions from the 8^th Karmapa, Mikyod Dorje. The particular teaching that Rinpoche gave was from one of the short instructions that the 1^st Sangye Nyenpa Rinpoche, Tashi Paljor, gave to the 8^th Karmapa. These instructions are very profound, and even though the time was very short, through Rinpoche’s skilful means the participants were able to study and practise the teachings with great joy.

The spring courses give the students an opportunity to come together in such a holy place as Swayambhunath to receive the teachings as well as to share their dharma knowledge and experiences, which will help to enhance their dharma understanding.
